Seeking Violin instruction

Middle-aged person seeking someone that KNOWS how to play violin and could help tutor me. I can offer 20.00 per lesson at 1.5 hours. I am a former teacher, former mountaineer, just trying to cope through music. I have ordered an adult violin through Amazon that has been shipped. Due to COVID/Delta, I do not want anyone in my home let alone a stranger, so I am trying to figure where. I live off 75th and off Beverly Lake in Everett, so something near. I do not know what the library might have as far as rooms. Not especially interested or concerned about music reading it is more about learning about the violin. I could do once a month initially for 1.5 hours/branching to more. Ideas of places like the Y or something?? It is too cold for me right now to do at the beach.
