So I live on the 2nd floor and someone lives above me since this is a 3 story apartment. Everyday this guy drops something everyday, slams the door, he never leaves his apartment and I noticed when I pass by the street i see my window in my bedroom and I look above his bedroom window and see his window is covered with a trash bag and random cloth. He sounds like a young guy too and I never seen him get out of the house. Idk what he does like the noises he makes like dropping things like weights is strange.
