BROOKFIELD, CT — One person was hospitalized following a single vehicle accident early Wednesday. Firefighters and emergency medical staff from the Brookfield Volunteer Fire Company were dispatched to the area of 181 Whisconier Road after they received a call about the accident at 1:23 a.m. First responders found a single vehicle on its roof, off the road. One person was taken to the hospital for evaluation, fire officials said on social media.
