I teach & practice Ascension... universal techniques based in Praise, Gratitude, Love & Compassion that open awareness, dissolve stress, expand consciousness. This practice has helped me move beyond intellectual understandings to direct experience! You are invited to learn the practice of Ascension over The First Sphere Weekend Workshop! This is a small event hosting 5-7 people. Register to reserve your space!
