Looking for Space for a B&W Darkroom

I have equipment for a full black and white photo darkroom, but I don't have space to set it up. Looking for a space or similar minded individuals who want to set up a darkroom to make fiber or fine art prints.. I have a 6x7 enlarger with lenses and a 16x20 archival print washer, along with trays and film developing equipment for 35mm - 4x5. I also have a 4x5 studio camera. All this stuff is getting no use because I don't have a space to set it up. Not looking to sell any of it, looking for any leads on a *clean* space to set it up and make prints
