Essential Job Functions Under moderate supervision, maintain various CCMS Residential/Janitorial/Commercial Client/Customer buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Example of Duties/Responsibilities: § To be depended on to arrive at work, at the prescribed job site and time each day. Knowing well that tardiness and absences from work will place hardship on fellow team members and disrupt client cleaning schedule. § Drive to specified locations. § Operates vacuum cleaners to clean carpets and floor services. § Operates additional equipment such as dust mops, brooms, mops and mop buckets to clean hard surface floors. § Operates equipment such us blower and golf carts/gators for outdoor use. § Acknowledge and understanding of Cleaning Chemicals used on and at CCMS and CCMS Client Facilities. § Lift, moves and empties trash and garbage containers, replaces discarded plastic bags with new clean bags. § Removes all recycled paper and cardboard to a designated recycling dumpster. § Clean walls, doors, window frames, baseboards, ceiling and AC vents. § Dust all office furnishings including desks, chairs, file cabinets and any other style or type of furniture. To include low items such as chair bases and high items such as chandelier and hanging lights. § Cleans and sanitizes restrooms to include sinks, toilets, urinals, partition and tiled walls using heavy duty chemical cleaners. § Move office furniture and other equipment at designated CCMS Client’s Facility. § Moves equipment and supplies between CCMS Headquarters and CCMS Client’s Facility. § Report if any items got broken when on clients’ premises, accidents or injuries to the Team Leader or Management. § Notifies Team Leader or Management of need for repairs of CCMS Client facility and/or CCMS equipment repair immediately. § Report any emergency maintenance problems to include toilets or any other fixtures to the team Leader or Management immediately. § Properly locking/unlocking CCMS Client facility to include arming and disarming alarm systems. §Check window. Don’t let any client’s pet outside, otherwise specified by client. § Report any security or safety violations. § Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and promoting a safe work environment while complying with all CCMS safety rules, policies and procedures. Ability to: § Learn and carry out the CCMS Custodial procedures. § Safely operate cleaning equipment. § Speak and understand English. § Follow oral and written instruction. § Tolerate exposure to cleaning agents and fumes. § Perform moderate physical labor. § Lift and move objects weighing up to 60 pounds. § Able to send and receive texts and photos on a smart phone. Minimum Qualifications Potential candidates interested in the Cleaning Professional position must meet the following requirements: § 1 year full-time experience performing residential cleaning work. § Valid Florida Class E drivers license § Reliable Transportation. § 10-Hour OSHA Certification and CPR Certification or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days of hire required. Day shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekend availability
