Missing In Orange County: Have You Seen Scott Karsten?

SAN CLEMENTE, CA — A 60-year-old man was reported missing by the Orange County Sheriff's Department Tuesday, and was last seen in the parking lot of a San Clemente Walmart as well as multiple gas stations in the area. Scott Andrew Karsten is described as a critical missing person by the OCSD. Now, authorities are reaching out to the community in hopes of reuniting Karsten with his family. Karsten is a white man who stands at 5 feet 8 inches. He weighs roughly 210 pounds, and has brown/gray hair and blue eyes, according to the OCSD. Karsten was last seen by his family on Oct. 22, and was reported missing by family members Oct. 29. (Courtesy of the OCSD).
