My on and off boyfriend of 3 years Wade Evin Hamby D.O.B. 11/30/1963 has been physically, mentally and emotionally abusing me for over 2 years, both in front of and away from my kids. This past Saturday he was drinking AGAIN and of course another fight broke out. This was the worst he has ever done to me. He kicked me in the face, head, and stomped on my recently broken foot. Dragged me through the street by my hair, and hit me multiple times all over my body. He only stopped because someone else seen what was doing and made him get away from me……. The reason I am posting this is because I finally have some downtime after a stressful week of filing restraining orders on him and now his sister along with taking care of myself and family here at home. I was going through voicemails about an hour ago and have one from Fresno P.D. asking me if I know something about his sisters car being vandalized. I feel like they (mostly the sister) are making up some stuff about me because they know I am completely done with him and want me to be in trouble also with him. I recently told her that if he does not get into a rehab program then I will be pursuing the charges already filed on him and will file new charges against him for this stuff. So now she wants to try causing turmoil in my life. If anyone has any helpful advice please email me. He has crashed 3 trucks (minimum) under the influence of alcohol. One of them being a company truck and another crashing into a highway patrol. All I want is for him to quit drinking and get sober. He is a 100% different man when he is sober. I will not ever be back with him but for the safety of our community, his family and himself most of all it would be best if I could have some reinforcement on trying to get his sister to stop killing him by enabling his bad habits. I know some of you will think I am trying to slander someone but I have already gone through every outlet I could think of asking for help with him other than sending him to prison. That sadly looks like the last option and I don’t think that will help him.
