Grounds Maintenance assistance needed for small multifamily community

Seeking reliable help to maintain the grounds, pick up trash, and dog park clean up weekly (approx 2 hrs) at our small, multifamily complex. Days and times are flexible, we are willing to work around your schedule. Job duties include but are not limited to: -grounds pickup of all trash and debris -pickup around dumpster areas -notify offsite management via text, with pictures, of any large trash items left near the dumpster areas -notify management, with pictures, any vehicles onsite needing to be towed -dog park pickup and maintained weekly -stairwell sweeping -laundry rooms cleaning Pay: $120/wk.
