Press release from the City of Piedmont: 11/02/2021 At its meeting on October 7, 2021, the Pedestrian Bicycle Advisory Committee (PBAC) recommended that the City Council adopt the Draft Piedmont Safer Streets (PSS) Plan with four additional recommendations. Based on this, staff and the consultant made revisions to the Draft Plan and the Final Draft Plan is available for public review. Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15072, staff prepared an Initial Study for the PSS plan and is recommending that City Council adopt a Negative Declaration based on the Initial Study.
