Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 11/03/2021 4:00 AM 11/02/21 2021-3116, ID Theft: on 11/02/21 at 11:50 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Cypress Drive in Bristol Township for a report of identity theft. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3116, ID Theft: 2021-3120, Domestic Battery, Theft: On 11/02/21 at 6:22 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Circle Drive West in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery and theft.  This investigation is on-going. 2021-3121, Theft: On 11/02/21 at 7:36 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Countryview Drive in the Bristol Township for the report of a theft of fuel. The investigation is on-going. 2021-3122, Reckless Discharge of a Firearm: On 11/02/21 at 10:40 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a Reckless Discharge of a Firearm at the 1900 Block of Cherry Road in Na Au Say Township.  This incident is still under investigation.     The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
