Description

We are a cabinet company that installs factory-built cabinets for both single and multi-family homes. We are accepting positions for single installers and team installers. This is a subcontract position. Installs take place during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8-5). Occasionally installs take place on weekends. The installer needs to be available to work and communicate during normal business hours. This is not a position for an installer that has a full-time day job. The installer needs to be self-motivated. Installs for new construction involve: • Cabinets • Trim (crown & scribe). (Shoe molding only if remodel) • Hardware • Occasional laminate tops • Occasional unload of cabinets and tops Install Locations: • Savannah, GA • Richmond Hill, GA • Rincon, GA • Guyton, GA • Springfield, GA • St. Simons/Brunswick, GA • Pooler, GA • Bluffton, SC Installer will be expected to work in all locations as well as any new sites that may develop. Requirements: • Have at least two years of experience with installing factory kitchen and bath cabinets as well as laminate countertops. • Have reliable transportation • Own tools necessary to perform job • Must be able to lift large and heavy cabinets and countertops • Will need to return to job after install for final punch • Must have basic computer skills • Must be available during the working hours (Monday – Friday 8 – 5). We will be calling during the day and if the installer cannot answer, they will need to return call within 30 minutes • Must be self-motivated and willing to fix damaged cabinets or have solutions to finish the job on original install. If cabinet is beyond repair, then a new one will be ordered and installer needs to return to finish job. • Must be understanding that job schedules can change up to the day of. • Need to work efficiently unsupervised. • Need to work with other trades and be respectful to everyone on jobsite and supers of the company we are installing for. • Must clean up as installing. All boxes and debris from cabinet install needs to be thrown away every day even if returning the next day. • Must have proof of liability insurance. • Must sign a Non-Disclosure form. • Provide W-9 Form.
