Looking for photographer

I'm looking for a photographer to help me photograph my vacant property in Hilliard, FL. It is very close to Jacksonville by car. No formal photography experience needed - this could be perfect for a student with talent. I would want someone who has some informal (or formal) experience in nature or landscape photography, since the property is currently vacant and only has trees, grass and a river on it. Ideally, I would like some pretty pictures during sunrise or sunset, or if your camera has the ability, the stars in the night sky would be great too. These pictures will be used to market the property so obviously they have to look as good as possible. Please let me know if you are interested and what your desired budget is, and we can go from there.
