DOYLESTOWN, PA — Polls are now closed in Pennsylvania and results are beginning to trickle in for races across Bucks County, including one Township Supervisor seat in Doylestown. Unofficial Results (as of 5 p.m.): Lyons (R): 3,452Mullin (D): 3,156 Republican candidate Barbara N. Lyons is campaigning on fiscal responsibility, community enrichment, and infrastructure improvements. "During Barbara's tenure as Chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors, she has served as Director of Personnel and has worked closely with the administrative team to ensure the hiring of qualified and professional personnel to provide residents the services they need, be it emergency services, public safety, public works, or administrative services," her campaign website said. "Over the last few years, Colleen has served as a board-appointed volunteer to the Township Ways and Means and Pension committees, supporting the current Board of Supervisors and Township Administration in Budget and fiscal decision-making," according to her campaign website.
