The Print Production Associate will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic operations team responsible for processing, printing, and shipping millions of tax forms. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and be able to set priorities to achieve deadlines. Learn more at www.ukg.com/careers • $750 Bonus • Compensation: $15.00/hr. • No printing experience required • Climate controlled environment • Shifts Available: 8:00am-4pm; 4:00pm-12:00am; 12:00am-8:00am • Schedule: Monday – Friday. Work on the weekends will also be required from January 3rd through the end of the month • Duration: Start date is 12/27/2021 and project end date is 1/31/2022 • COVID protocols: Mask requirement, daily health screening, hand sanitizer, social distancing, and cleaning at the start and end of each shift Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: Ability to run basic production machinery to ensure the efficient operation of printing, sealing, shipping and quality checking tax forms Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality both internal and external to the organization Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and complete multiple activities in a time-sensitive environment. Research, problem solve and expedite important print requests Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications: Must be available to work weekends and additional hours as-needed Must be able to follow instructions and thrive in a team oriented work environment Must be able to use fine motor skills to grasp, handle, and maneuver materials as needed Must be able to stand during the entire shift Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Microsoft Office products Experience using internet-based software Previous print shop experience is a plus High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
