Job Title: Cannabis Processor: PreRoll Team Location: Talent, OR Position Type: Part Time - up to 32 hours/week, additional hours during harvest Pay Rate: $16-18 Hourly, Based Upon Experience We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Production Team with a focus on prerolls. Processors are integral to the final processing steps of cultivated flower by manufacturing prerolls, with some automation, and ensuring preroll quality, consistency, and tracking. There may be long periods of sitting and some occasional heavy lifting, up to 40 pounds. We strive to cultivate a cohesive, energetic, and happy work-life on the farm where all team members are highly valued. Primary Requirements: -Experience creating prerolls with a thumper/knockbox, packaging, labeling and tracking of cannabis flower. -Ability to lift up to of 40 lbs. -Weigh and record trimmed plant materials. -Accurately weigh pre-rolls. -Be proficient at crowning pre-rolls. -Must have high attention to detail. -Proficient, basic math skills. -Basic understanding and ability to follow all OLCC and Oregon state laws pertaining to cannabis cultivation and handling. Understanding of the security and safety issues regarding cannabis cultivation. -Ability and desire to work within a collaborative team to accomplish company goals. -You care about doing things the right way; you have the confidence to offer recommendations for improvement, and have the ability to take direction as given. -Willingness to ask any and all questions as necessary. Primary duties include, but are not limited to: -Work with the Director of Operations, Lead Cultivator, and/or owners to accomplish daily, weekly, and seasonal goals. -Regular and repetitive use of sharp tools, pruners, and/or scissors. -Participate in ongoing and repetitive tasks. -Regular cleaning and organization of trim room(s) and other materials, equipment, and tools. -Using simple machines to make pre-rolls. -Attention to detail. -Takes ownership and pride in work. -Tolerance for ambiguity.
