If you are a homeowner who has experienced a COVID hardship, assistance is available through Lifeline. The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) through Community Action is launching a new program that will benefit people with higher income levels. A family of one can make $103,000 yearly and still qualify for assistance.

For homeowners that have property taxes in escrow or need mortgage assistance, please visit savethedream.ohiohome.org, to complete an application for assistance.
