I had posted for a Handy Man on CL and got a few emails & had a few people come out to give me bids. I had 3 people say what they would want to do the job, I agreed to each of them, I said look at it, tell me what material you need & I'll go get it and let me know when you want to do the job! Not one of them got back to me & would not answer phone calls, texts, or emails, not even men enough to tell me they did not want to do the job!. I'm not trying to cheap out and figured it would take about 5 hours to do the job & was willing to pay $150. WTF, is it because these people are afraid to get dirty? Yes, it is getting under an older trailer and yep it is dirty work insulating under the kitchen & bath area, cutting a waterline & putting a few shark bites on & insulating the water lines! Before I injured my back & neck, I would do just about any job for extra money, but as much as I hate to admit it, to many want money for nothing!!!
