Several openings available to start now $15.00hr + depending on experience (this is a direct hire position) Logistics company in McAllen looking for a Customer Service Representative Expedite plants for any OEM shortages Maintain accurate releases for mfg facilities. Track Supplier Delivery Performance. Customer Service of internal and external customers Maintain daily interaction with customer websites for EDI/ASN requirements and any other relevant data. Handle entry of daily NB transactions (external & internal). Interface with internal departments, manufacturing facilities and corporate offices. Interface with customer supply chain, purchasing and other customer disciplines. Process prototype & miscellaneous orders (follow OEM guidelines). Prepare and maintain various reports as required. Assist accounting in resolution of unpaid OEM invoices. (BOL’s, POD’s and disputes). Maintain records in accordance with IATF-16949 requirements. Attend internal and/or customer meetings as required. Handle document control (filing) and housekeeping (cleanliness & organization of work area). Incorporate teamwork in overall work performance. Other duties as assigned. Education: High School Diploma or GED Desired: Bachelor degree Knowledge: IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Language: Bilingual English & Spanish Experience: 1 year degree or equivalent experience in customer service Monday to Friday - 1st shift Must be flexible for overtime $10.00hr Fork Lift Operator - McAllen area (Logistics company not cold storage) Must have at least 1 year of recent experience operating propane sit down fork lift Will be loading and unloading material on high racks Have at least basic computer skills Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Must be flexible for overtime $10.00hr Press Operator - Pharr area (Manufacturing company) No experience needed, training available Must have steel toe shoes Will be working machine stamping metal Monday to Thursday (10hr shifts) Fridays if needed and will be paid as overtime 6am to 4:30pm MUST be flexible to work 2nd shift if asked 2nd shift hours Monday to Thursday 4pm to 2am (10hr shifts) Fridays if needed only $9.50hr Machine Operators - McAllen area Plastics manufacturing company No experience needed, training available Monday to Friday 12am to 8:30am ***Apply in person on Wednesday 11/3/21 from 12:00pm to 2pm*** 4313 N 10th St Ste C5 McAllen Third door to the right coming into parking lot For more information please call 956-322-8759 OR 956-466-7772 You can also text your name and position desired to 956-312-4393 and we will contact you Or email your resume to: [email protected] Must be 18years of age or older Have valid documentation for employment
