5 year old Caesar the chihuahua needs to be rehomed! He is a little timid and shy, not interested in other dogs, okay in a home with dogs that won't bother him, and no cats or small children (not aggressive but does bark excessively and get very anxious around them). He is a velcro-dog, and loves to sit in ur lap and hang around you on the couch all day, and is low-energy. He wears diapers as he does leak (from neuter surgery) but is housebroken and crate trained. I can't keep him as my baby cousin is moving in with us, and he is already anxious whenever she comes around!
