My disabled neighbors are heartbroken. Their newly adopted dog is lost, got out of their yard today, Tuesday, 11/2. "Brownie" has a collar on but no i.d. or microchip yet. He is tan with white markings, including his snoot and eyebrows. He is scared but friendly and may come to you if you can help us get him back. His parents are worried sick. Thanks.
