Abandoned kitty at Harris Teeter

Description

Someone abandoned a black and white longhair cat at the Harris Teeter parking lot of Jenkins Row in DC. I know it's abandoned because it was dropped off with supplies. I'm guessing the person thought someone else might pick it up. The cat is too skittish for me to catch and take it to a shelter or home. I did leave food for the kitty and I hope whoever left this cat behind doesn't have any more pets because this is really cruel.
