I am in the final stages of remodeling a quick service restaurant. I am looking for someone to help clean, organize and, ideally, do some of the final trim work and "punch list" construction items (all interior). The perfect person would be skilled at molding/trim work, light plumbing (attaching fixtures mostly) and minor electrical (changing out old outlets and switches mostly). I am flexible on hours and this could turn into full time winter work in other properties for the right person.
