We are looking for skilled and motivated maintenance personal for our apartment community! Applicants must be able to work at a brisk pace, ability to take direction, be productive, have great attention to detail skills and have reliable transportation.
Maintenance Technician: This is a full time position, mostly 830am to 430pm, weekdays. General home maintenance knowledge required, such as light electrical and carpentry, plumbing, cleaning, painting, appliance diagnosis/repair, grounds clean up, early morning snow removal etc.
