Beautiful Female Cat found!

She is friendly, loving, young, about a year I think. Grey body, 4 white paws, eyes look like yellow & orange mixed. I have been taking care of her but can't keep her out of the cold at night. She stays out back of my home on the porch, but I am 64 years old, with heart problems that I am recovery from, I love animal's, but I can't do it, wish I could, but just can not. Please somebody if you have lost a cat let me know, or if you can take her in, please let me know asap also. Snow will be here in no time! Somebody has to have a "HEART" out there somewhere!! PLEASE HELP!!
