This position is responsible to maintain clean working kitchen area and other duties as assigned by Chief Steward. Cleaning duties include but are not limited to cleaning the ovens and grills, dish machines, refrigerators, floors, walls, mechanical equipment, dust hoods and clean coffee urns. Full time SWING shifts available 12-8pm.
