deceased dog on rt 48 Lysander

Description

There is a deceased dog on the side of the road on rt48 on the left past Church/Henckle. I noticed it while driving through the construction so sorry if I cant give more accurate info. It was in the grass on someones lawn near the edge of the woods. Looks like light brown has a blue collar. Sorry for your loss whoever is missing this poor baby.
