Need the following done: 1) Gutter downspout reattached/reinstalled. 2) Basement floor repaired, this will be a bid based on your inspection and photos 3) Hot water tank capped 4) General property inspection for any other issues. This is a bank owned property so payment is typically 1-2 days after the work is completed because it has to be reviewed, you must be ok with that. The posted pay is the minimum even if you can't do the basement floor, but more than likely it will be significantly more if you can.
