We are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Janitor in a construction cleaning position located in Canal Winchester. Typical hours are 8AM to 3:30PM. The ideal candidate for this someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, flexible and willing to complete routine cleaning tasks and special projects, as the need arises. This is fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay. The work is for newly renovated apartments and townhouses. The work involves typical heavy cleaning duties but on the critical side: • Surface wiping • High and low dusting with a cloth or duster • Sweeping usually with a broom and dust pan sometimes with a dust mop, • Vacuuming • Wet mopping • Bathroom cleaning Basic Applicant Requirements: • At least 2 years cleaning experience in the commercial janitorial industry • Reliable transportation • Must be able to show up on time every day • High school diploma/GED required • Ability to work well under minimal supervision • Capacity to take direction and complete tasks based on critique • Work in a team environment to complete all required tasks • Strong attention to detail • Physically capable of standing or walking for 3 to 4 hours continually • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 5 pounds as necessary
