Have you seen the Optima battery commercial?
The one were they shoot the battery?
Did you notice that although the battery still shown voltage, it was only 10 volts, not nearly enough
to start a modern engine. In most cases you need at least 11.25 volts.
Nice commercial though.. not new in content.
And their price start at around $199 and up to $300...
Commercials are made to get you to buy the product not tell you the truth about the product.

Why all of a sudden do we need like 10 new mattress companies?
Avocado, purple, foam, sprung, Hell my mattress is over 20 years old, and it's fine.. and I'm not
paying $1000 for one of these new type. I keep mine in a mattress case... keeps it very clean and healthy..
