Sweet puppy to good home. Estimated to be 10-13 weeks, more or less. Male. He showed up one night a few weeks ago, and has been here ever since due to lack of interest from rescues, or people. We posted him up for the stray hold, but no leads on owners. A few days right before he showed up, we had just found his brother a good home. They appeared at the neighbor’s one night, tiny and malnourished. This guy got spooked and evidently ran off. Well I had finally found him, and have been putting weight on him ever since. He needs a patient handler who can continue to give him TLC, and make sure he learns proper socialization skills. In the process of crate training now. You will have to continue that, as this is a young puppy. Leash training is still new to him as well. Honestly, we suspect he was dumped, given the age they were first seen at. If anybody would like to give him an amazing home, please just schedule his appointment for a vet exam and deworming/fecal. Might cost you all of $60-120 I have given him dewormer from TSC, but it surely can’t be the exact dosage for whatever it is he may have. A vet can give a more accurate dosage for about the same price as any actual good dewormer from the store. I have not scheduled an appointment myself due to the fact I’ve been avoiding getting attached, and spending more money other than what I have or else I would need to recuperate. But I don’t, yet. He definitely needs a more intermediate handler, as he can be pretty independent and strong willed/stubborn at times. I suspect he’ll be a mid size to larger dog. If they ask what breed, he expresses Shepherd traits dominantly so I’d presume Shepherd mix.
