Dispatching service Is a Family Owner Operator Trucking Company that also Dispatch Truck Drivers nationwide we're located in Central Oh. We are a team of Dispatchers looking for Owner Operator Truck Drivers working for 10%. All Trucks are welcomed. Responsible for sourcing trucks to the assigned loads. Work to balance daily and weekly outbound loads to inbound trucks in assigned areas. Responsible for efficiently assigning loads to minimize driver dwell, deadhead and maximize truck and trailer utilization. Ensure on-time pickup performance. Adhere to company policies and procedures Ensure carriers report en-route as required Ensure on-time freight delivery Problem solve driver and/or carrier issues Adhere to all FMCSA DOT safety regulations Handle paperwork
