Deck builiding company established 1994 seeking apprentice carpenter/helper willing to learn the trade.
Will lead to promotion and possibly crew lead position that pays well.
This is an apprentice position. Some skills and hand tools preferred but the following criteria is most important.
1. Good work ethic/attitude
2. Desire to learn and advance. More skill more pay
3. Show up everyday ready to work.
4. Must have reliable transportation - we can get you a ride if you're in 78748
5. Live in South Austin
6. No drama. We work, we enjoy the day, we head home at a decent hour.
If you've never built a deck before that's ok. If you're light on tools that's ok too. You will become a master deck builder if you stick with it. We need someone that is consistent, shows up on time and is willing to work hard and advance.
