D-Tails Construction Services is looking for a full time QUALIFIED remodeling carpenters, with a box full of skills ! DTails is a full service Minneapolis based design build remodel firm established in 2009. We do unique designed remodels, kitchens and baths of residential construction project all over the 7 county metro area. All our work is based here in our metro area. Prefer 7 to 10 years experience with all your own tools, truck and current drivers lic. Prefere you be non-smoking for our customers, but we understand and can work around that. We are inside on most of our projects, but outside framing them up. We need strong framing to finish skills are a must ! ! You must have an understanding of all the trades (plumbing, heating and electrical) You should have developed some skills in minor drywall, tile and solid surface installations for kitchens and baths and in punch list tasks. We construct additions, some quite large, so good framing skills with a non-fear of heights is required. You may on occasion be required to install (minor) roofing, siding, windows and doors - so your well rounded skill is important, better than that, you must have it to apply. Good grooming and being on time is expected. It's all about the details.
