Plumber or person good in plumbing to pay to fix waterline in house

Hello, We are looking for a plumber or someone very experienced in plumbing to pay money to repair and fix a waterline in the exterior crawl space of a house. The pipe is currently patched but leaking and we have tried a number of things to fix it but have been unsuccessful. The pipe is accessible from the side of the house and does not require actually going under the house, but working on the ground where the pipe is located just about a foot inside of the wall of the house. Will pay $ cash or any other method. IMPORTANT; THE PIPE IS FROM THE 1970’S AND IS GALVANIZED METAL BUT THERE IS RUSTING OF THE METAL PIPE SO THAT THE EXACT SIZE COUPLINGS STILL LEAK BECAUSE THE RUST HAS NARROWED THE DIAMETER OF THE ORIGINAL 1” and 3/4” GALVANIZED PIPE. SO, SOME SORT OF PATCHING OF THE PIPES IS NEEDED OR CUTTING OF THE PIPES AND REPLACING WITH NEW PIPING.
