IW HomeSource Inc., is Yard & Garden, Project, Cleaning & Maintenance Company in business since 2018 and seeking Experienced Residential Field Supervisor Candidates. Our ideal supervisor candidate will be able to manage crews, schedule and route crews daily, schedule new and seasonal customer. accounts. Customer service experience is a must. Must have written and verbal communication skills, as well as employee training skills. Our ideal Yard & Garden Tech candidate will have previous landscape experience. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: • Landscape Maintenance experience • Smart Phone technology • Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to multitask • Math skills: calculate square footage, material count, and calculate crew hours • Knowledge of major city streets in Albuquerque & Rio Rancho SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS • Manage, assess, train and guide multiple RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL maintenance crews Sell ongoing yard care services, clean ups and small landscape upgrades/refreshes • Customer service: Resolve customer service issues, listen and interpret homeowner's needs, immediately assess and be able to describe what needs to be done verbally and in writing APPLY IN PERSON: Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm or e-mail your resume.
