Paul Davis Restoration is a general contractor specializing in fire, water, and storm damage restoration. We are seeking a Contents Technician to assist in the restoration of our clients' properties after a loss. We are a 24/7 emergency company. Full Time position - Typically work 7:30am-4:00pm Monday Through Friday. On occasion weekend and/or evening overtime hours are required. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent, Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation and Phone, Must be willing to submit to and pass a criminal background check. Must be reliable and detail oriented. Must maintain a neat and professional appearance. Job Duties: Pack Out - Pull and load supplies. On site inventory of contents being removed from job site. Pack contents in boxes and wrap furniture. Load contents onto truck. Unload contents into Paul Davis warehouse or storage unit. Pictures and Inventory - Ensure labels and tags are filled out properly and accurately. Take detailed pictures. Cleaning Contents - Clean contents according to Paul Davis procedures. Final Cleans - Clean the job site structure prior to returning cleaned contents. Pack In - Load all cleaned contents onto truck and transport to job site. Unload contents into appropriate room. Misc duties as assigned could include - Clean facility, clean equipment, vehicle maintenance and cleaning, facility grounds keeping, etc
