Super lovable, new active best friend

Hi this is Millie❤️ She is a 9 month old boarder collie mix. She is super active, loves hiking, dog parks, chew toys, and snuggling. Millie is potty trained as well as leash and kennel trained. She does good with kids 0-1 and 4 and up. My toddler can be to much for her sometimes and she snips at her. Ive been her owner sense she was 8 weeks old and I want to make sure she goes to a good family and a family that can keep her active. I am rehoming her because I do not have a fenced in yard, she likes to go into neighbors yards and run, she snips at my toddler. She is a very loveable and loyal and protective dog, I just can’t offer her what she deserves. I’m asking a $100 rehoming fee she’s only had her 8 weeks shots no others.
