Seeking honest, reliable individual who enjoys working with their hands and brain! Full time work starts in mid-Dec 2021 on a small indoor residential upgrade estimated to last about 2 months. While working and getting paid a competitive wage, you will learn to plan and execute various phases of a residential project from a veteran of 45+ years in all levels of procurement, engineering and construction. Success on this project can transition you onto longer, similar projects lasting about 1 year or more, each. Interviews and at least 3 references required. Focus is on physical and mental readiness and work ethics. No trade experience needed or expected. I will teach you.
