On Mondy afternoon, November1st, there was a motorcade of 8 minivans parked in front of the courthouse building. The minivans were from New York and were festooned with signs and banners. The occupants were all Americans of Chinese descent. They were protesting against the mass detention of Muslim Uyghurs by the Chinese Communist Party. the influence of the CCP on college campuses and the theft of intellectual property rights. I thought this was a very topical protest. Not one local news outlet carried a mention of this protest. I wonder why?
