The Painter / Drywaller will use appropriate application techniques, equipment and skills to repair/replace drywall and paint to professionally finish interior and exterior surfaces. Reports to: This position reports to the Regional Operations Manager Responsibilities and Duties: • Prepare walls and surfaces for painting (i.e. - power wash...) • Fill holes and/or cracks with appropriate materials and methods • Cover and protect surfaces around job site • Mix paint and other materials • Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools and equipment • Drywall repairs (small holes, replacement, and full hangs) • Adhere to health and safety precautions • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Reliable transportation • Detail oriented • Motivated, punctual and hard working • Must pass background verification • Ability to handle physical labor and lift up to 80lbs • Smart Phone Salary/Benefits: Wage range $11.00 - $25.00 Regular, full-time, hourly non-exempt position
