Looking for highly detail-oriented person with good dexterity and a penchant for quality. We blast parts with abrasives for large manufacturers, and the process requires masking of long, thin aluminum strips with tape.
The process of masking these parts is altogether simple, but doing it correctly is paramount to our production process. There must be no bare spots in certain places, otherwise the part will be ruined. We will train you on the correct technique to achieve the result needed to achieve production goals.
You must be able follow instructions well, maintain quality with the process as to avoid ruined parts, and be able to sit for hours at a time. You will be required to handle cutting utensils to trim tape from parts.
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
