Grade backyard to make level

We want to make part of our backyard level. It's not very steep and is already level in some areas. We just need an area of about 15' x 15' made level so that we can place a yurt/tent there. You can not get large heavy equipment into the backyard. Please give a flat price and let us know how soon you can do it. If the work is done well for a fair price, there is an option to continue and do a second 15' x 15' space as well (this can be done on another day if needed).
