Looking for experienced carpenter to install 2nd layer of subfloor

Description

I posted an ad 3 weeks ago looking for a carpenter to install a 2nd layer of subflooring in my home in Gladstone. I did not expect to get as many responses as I got and took the post down after a day because I had not purchased the materials and still had a bunch of prep work to get the home ready. The materials have now been purchased, most of the prep work has been completed, and am ready to get the project completed ASAP. I was initially planning on doing the work myself, so I did the research on how to do it, but I am not a carpenter, don’t have the necessary tools, or the skills to do a quality job. I am providing some more details along with a few pictures that I did not include in my original post. 1,500 square foot single story home built in 1968. Existing subfloor is 2" x 6" T&G Doug Fir Planking and sit on top of joists which are 48" oc. To strengthen the floor, I have removed the particle board underlayment in all areas except for the bedrooms and am replacing with Weyerhaeuser Edge Gold 3/4" T&G OSB subflooring (approximately 900 square feet or 30 4' x 8' panels) as a 2nd layer of subflooring which is actually considered underlayment from what I have read. Not sure why the builder only used 1 nail to fasten the subfloor to the joists instead of 2 so I have been adding 3" decking screws along with replacing the nails in several areas to try and fix the squeaks and bounce in the floor. The existing sub-floor appears to be pretty level, no dry rot, insect or water damage, and besides a few cracks here and there it seems to be in pretty good condition. Cooper water lines are in the floor, drain lines are in the wall, and there is a gas line in the laundry room also in the floor. 1 of the 2 bathrooms has been completely gutted and there is a shower drain line in the floor. The other bathroom only has the toilet to work around. My preference is for a two-person crew that can be completed quickly and easily by an experienced, efficient carpenter. I prefer a bid for the project over an hourly rate but feel free to quote by the hour, however, I will ask how many hours it is expected to take to make sure it is within my budget. I work during the week so the work would have to completed in the evenings or on the weekends. Cutting can be done on the patio, in the garage, or in the house if the dust can be kept to a minimum. I will remove furniture, appliances, kitchen cabinets, and plumbing fixtures as well as putting them back. The layout of the home is very simple and square.
