Local small business in search of a full time salaried employee with extremely flexible hours. Pay will be salaried ( same amount each month regardless of how much or little work is performed ). Transportation is required, a truck is preferred. Work is performed 7 days a week, as needed. Some days there may be no work, some days will be small things that don't take much time, other days will be all day affairs. At least basic knowledge in the following skills required: Labor, plumbing, electrical, fencing, carpentry, flooring, carpeting, sheetrock, painting, siding, roofing, gutters, decks, concrete, landscaping, general construction. Must be reliable and have good, consistent communication skills. We are a small business and are looking for someone who is willing to work with and grow with the small group of employees we currently have.
