F3, a Men's Workout Group, plans to begin a location in the Mansfield area F3 is peer lead, free, outdoors & open to all men f3nation.org F3 currently has a group that meets for 45 minute workouts in nearby Ashland at Community Stadium every M, T, & R at both 5:15am and 6:00am and Saturdays at 7am We would love to have any interested men interested, post to one of our Ashland workouts to check out the group for yourself before we launch the new Mansfield site in 2022
