Offered through our Beginning Farmer & Rancher Development Program in cooperation with the USDA, Recirculating Farms and Sprout NOLA are hosting a free workshop on mushroom cultivation. Jordan from the All You Need Institute will teach you how to build your own mushroom growing operation using easily accessible substrates like pasteurized straw and coffee grounds. Classes at Recirculating Farms' outdoor garden space are subject to change in the event of inclement weather. Please bring a jacket in case it gets cold!
