Free Thanksgiving Dinner to go. Each year, Dignity Health - Community Hospital of San Bernardino welcomes hundreds of community members to celebrate Thanksgiving with a traditional holiday meal. This year, the event will look different, but we hope you will still feel the gratitude we have in our hearts as we serve the great people of San Bernardino. You’re Invited to Our Annual Thanksgiving Dinner! Monday, November 22, 2021 from 4 - 6 p.m. Please wear a face covering and practice social distancing. Opportunities include: • Hot meals to go for everyone in attendance • Youth will receive a special gift • Flu shots available for anyone 18 years and older (with signed consent) ***while supplies last
