3year old neutered male miniature Doberman Pinscher mix. Name is Oliver. Weighs approximately 11 pounds. ***The good - only barks as necessary (strangers, door knock, etc), very lovable, will not run off on you, doesn’t smell like a dog, loves blankets, likes warmth, mostly calm during the daytime, alert, healthy. ***The bad - clingy, insecure and gets nervous And whiny when left alone, previous owners’ kids apparently were ok with letting him sleep in the bed with them, absolutely needs a doggie door, cannot leave outside in a kennel as Oliver hates cold (as most mini Pins do), would likely benefit from a fenced outside area. Patient owner required. Oliver could benefit from obedience and training school, as that might help him feel more secure outside of being right beside you 24/7 AND he could use a “refresher” course in potty training, But IF you have the time and patience, and you don’t mind sharing a bed with a small dog, Oliver might be right for you. FREE TO GOOD HOME. No re-homing fee necessary. We’ve owned Oliver for about a week, and he’s not right for our schedules. He does require attention and craves his humans’ time...and don’t forget the doggie door. We don’t have one, which is not Oliver’s fault.
