I am seeking a Skilled painter to work as a 1099 contractor. I am not seeking to Hire a company to come and work on jobs. so don’t call me saying you have guys or a Crew! I have my own company and looking to build my crew and company. Must have Good Transportation and own Equipment to Paint with. I do not provide equipment. Show up to work and have work ethics. I pay every 2 weeks. after 2 weeks, then one week hold back to complete invoicing and pays on the following Monday. I have plenty of contracts and Need guys to work. Pay is determined on skill level and can discuss at interview. I do not provide advances in pay so don’t ever ask. Background are required so don’t call if you cannot pass one. 30 days work to determine if skilled or not.. everyone says they can paint but skill will show. this is not my first rodeo. if you can follow directions work hard I pay good. all others do not call me.
